• Identity details: Name, organization, and contact credentials provided during strategy call scheduling.
• Technical specs: Codebase characteristics, technical goals, or bottlenecks submitted through lead capture forms.
• Network logs: Basic IP addresses, routing headers, and browser user-agents for standard request verification and threat mitigation.

3. Processing & Data Storage

We do not sell client profiles or communication payloads to third-party databases. Ingested data is solely used to verify project feasibility and establish secure communication lines. All transmission flows utilize TLS 1.3 encryption, and data records are stored in secure cloud systems with strict identity-based access controls.

4. Your Rights & Parameters

Under the DPDPA, you retain full rights as a Data Principal to access, correct, update, or command the complete erasure of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, the right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
